What movies earned Sarah Geronimo the Blockbuster Queen titles? FIND OUT

The Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo has been in the industry for 15 years already. She started off as this young amazing singer who won the singing competition, "Star For A Night."


After she won, endless opportunities opened up for her, and that included acting stints.


She had her first teleserye back in 2003, it was titled, "Sarah: The Teen Princess." After that, she also played minor roles in movies like "Filipinas," and "Captain Barbell."



Finally, in 2008, she was paired with one of the hottest celebrities in our country, John Lloyd Cruz. They portrayed Laida Magtalas and Miggy Montenegro in the movie, "A Very Special Love."



That movie earned more than P185 million in the box office. That year, Sarah was awarded her very first Blockbuster Queen award.

After a year, they filmed a sequel of Laida and Miggy's love story in the movie, "You Changed My Life." It earned more than P232 million.



For the second time, Sarah was again awarded the Box Office Queen title by the GMMSF Box-Office Entertainment Awards.

In 2013, Sarah and John Lloyd joined forces again for the third and last part of Laida and Miggy's love story which was, "It Takes a Man and a Woman."



The film earned more than P400 million. Of course, Sarah bagged the Blockbuster Queen title for the third time.

Sarah is definitely a queen.

On Sunday, August 26, Sarah's newest film, "Miss Granny," earned a record-breaking P21 million. It is the highest single day gross for a local movie released this year.



Fans and film critics all got nice things to say about this movie too. A lot of movie reviews are going rounds in different social media platforms that makes more people want to watch it.
